Getting Support

The first step to getting any type of support from us is to give us a call or send us an email. We will take a few details to get the process started.

If you decide calling is the easiest method to get in contact, we may not answer immediately as the line is staffed by volunteers.  Please do leave a message and a trained bereavement support volunteer will call you back as soon as possible.

You can also contact us for advice about how to deal with bereavement.  For example, if you are a parent wanting to know how to talk to your children about a death in the family.

Not found the support you need?

The website, the-waitingroom.org may be able to help.  The waiting room provides contact details to many health and well-being services in Birmingham and Solihull.   Click on the links to see all the services available near you
