Supporting You

We offer a range of different support methods, detailed below, all delivered by trained bereavement support volunteers to suit you. Click               to access a range of links for other organisations that can provide support more tailored to the type of bereavement.

One to One support

We offer appointments with our trained volunteers to talk through how your bereavement is affecting you. These appointments usually take place in our main office in the city centre.

Additionally, we have outposts at The Sanctuary in Castle Vale, Harborne Medical Centre and League of Friends in Erdington.

We provide appointments for children, young people and adults, following a bereavement.

Telephone Support

This type of support is available to all who require our services, and may prefer receiving bereavement support within the comfort of their own home.

The support on offer is provided by a fully qualified bereavement support volunteer.

Group Support

This type of support is offered based on the groups we are currently running or plan to run.

This is a fantastic place to meet others that are facing the same struggles you may be, and, with the aid of trained bereavement support volunteers, talk through the vast array of emotions you may be feeling.
